Q. I have a cleaning requirement which does not appear on the website

A. That’s no problem. Just give us a call and we will advise if we can carry out the work. If for whatever reason we cannot help we will be happy to advise you on the best course of action.

Q.Which areas do you cover?

A.We only cover Peterborough, Huntingdon and surrounding areas.

Q. I have a private property that requires an xtreme clean, can you help?

A. Yes, we clean private residence as well as business premises.

Q. Are the cleaning chemicals dangerous and are they environmentally friendly?

A. The chemicals are used in quantities which represent no threat to people or animals. They also leave no environmental ‘footprint’ or residue, Xtreme Services also use the latest
bio-degradable solutions for that additional peace of mind.

Q. Do you have a minimum charge?

A. Yes, Our Minimum charge for Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is £35
And for general cleaning it is £35

Q. Can I get just my kitchen cleaned?

A.Yes, we tailor make our service to your requirements.
We will visit your property to clean your kitchen if that is all you need, but we do have a minimum charge.

Q. How long would it take to clean a five-bedroom house top to bottom including carpets?

A.We aim to finish all jobs within 1 day, using more workers for larger jobs

Q.Are you insured?

A.Yes, we carry £2million of public liability.

Q. How is my waste disposed of?

A. All waste is treated and disposed off in accordance with the environment agencies guidelines -www.environment-agency.gov.uk/netregs/ . Any hazardous waste is incinerated, including needles and any blood contaminated items. We are fully licensed waste carriers.

Q. What paperwork can I expect from Xtreme Services?

A. A comprehensive survey is carried out before any work is done, before we  supply you  with the quotation. Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Method statements and Duty of Care Waste Transfer Notes are also supplied.

Q. How soon is the area safe to re-occupy once a clean has been carried out?

A. In most circumstances the area is safe immediately after the clean has finished. Some enclosed areas might require a short time to air and/or dry but we will advise you of this before the work is carried out.

Q. What do Xtreme Services require from me?

A. We will need to have water and electricity available to us for the work to be carried out. In remote situations and at extra cost we can supply water and a generator.

Q.How do I pay for the work?

A. For private/domestic clients our policy is payment on completion of the work.
If you become a regular client we can invoice you for the completed work. For business clients you can open a credit account,  which operates a strict 14-day payment term.
